Chris Heidel - It has been two weeks since the Blackbears were on the field in
Harrisonburg VA when they lost a game to the #1 team in the country in the James Madison Dukes. Last weekend there was suppose to be a game in Central Florida vs Central FL Golden Knights, but it was post-poned because of Hurricane Irma and had to be rescheduled. Coach Joe Harasymiak, in a guest appearance on HerbFM Sports Radio on College Football Tonight last week, said he would use the bye week for recruiting and light practice but mainly they would be getting ready for a good Villianova Wildcats team that will be hard to beat at home. The Wildcats are coming into this game feel very good with themselves but are dealing with injuries after win last Saturday Night at Towson. Zach Bednarczyk, their star quarterback, left the game on the first drive of the game and was sent to get MRI on his ankle. They are hoping it is not a serious injury. On their upcoming matchup vs. Maine he hopes to get physical against this very athletic team, They gang up on the tackle and are good running the ball in addition to a good quarterback who can deliver the football downfield.
